Quality Assurance

To further ensure quality result for our customers Germyn's has a Quality Assurance Manager who's job it is to visit every site once a month. By taking the time to compare notes with the customer we can be sure that the work is being done and to the customer's satisfaction. This process has lead to several improvements in our procedures and helps us to evaluate our training, supervision and selection procedures. A written copy of the inspection is made available to the custodian and to the customer as well.
