Carpet Cleaning -- Floor Care -- Window Washing Germyn's WallMaster Commercial Cleaning Services, Inc provides the latest in carpet cleaning technology applied by certified technicians. Our technicians are fully trained in a wide range of carpet and upholstery types and conditions. Germyn's WallMaster Commercial Cleaning Services, Inc also maintains a fully trained floor care crew to provide our customers with the best methods and materials to keep their hard floors in top condition. We can also provide window washing services for your facility along with pressure washing for those soiled drive-up windows, moldy walkways and cobwebs covered walls. Germyn's uses only products which are safe and designed for the specific application. If more stringent products are required for certain applications they are used only by supervisory personnel. All materials are disposed of properly. When Germyn's built its facility we designed a special drain to accommodate spent carpet cleaning chemicals to meet new water quality requirements.
To further ensure a quality result for our customers we have a Quality Assurance Manager who's job it is to visit every site once a month. By taking the time to compare notes with the customer we can be sure that the work is being done and to the customer's satisfaction. This process has lead to several improvements in our procedures and helps us to evaluate our training, supervision and selection procedures. A written copy of the inspection is made available to the custodian and to the customer as well. Our Employees We feel strongly about having the right people
for the job so we take the time to conduct thorough interviews
to understand our employees' needs and interests and place them at facilities
where the type of work, schedule, and capabilities match. We have created
our own application to ensure that we obtain the information we need
to make mutually beneficial choices. We also provide pre-employment
testing and when appropriate background checks. This helps to ensure
a happy individual who feels comfortable doing the work and who will
stay with it which in turn results in a better job for our customers.
Training We provide both class room and site specific training
for all of our employees to reinforce proper procedures, safety and
economy in addition to making sure that the customer's specifications
are met. The curriculum for these classes is designed to not only provide
skills, but also to give employees a clear track to advancement both
in grade and pay. As they advance the curriculum includes such things
as customer service and leadership training. In addition our supervisory
personnel are involved in continuous training in helping people be more
productive and gain greater satisfaction from their work. Some of our
supervisors have been with us for over tem years. Security Security is a critical element of our service and we take a number of precautions to safeguard our customer's facility including providing uniforms for all of our custodians, laminated picture ID cards so that you know exactly who is in your building and so that you can identify every individual by name. All of our supervisory employees wear shirts with their names permanently embroidered on them. We
believe that communication not only with customers, but also with its
employees, is critical to good results. To facilitate effective communication
daily meetings are held with all supervisors; cell phones and two radios
are used to encourage communication with management; and a monthly newsletter,
Germyn's News was created to share information with both customers
and employees. In addition we have created Germyn's Team News,
a newsletter designed to keep employees up-to-date on new policies,
share industry news and improve their knowledge of their work and our
customers' needs. Monthly employee meetings are also help to share information.
